Some of that work has been as a consultant and coach, but a great deal of that time has been as a service provider in software and marketing.

One thing that has always puzzled and frustrated me, is the lack of awareness of the value that can exist in a business and how it can be developed and exploited. Even after owners have been working in that business for many years.

So I set up Ciiicle to help business owners truly understand the value they have built and help them to develop it further.

This work is drawn from my own track record of business growth, but it is also delivered in association with a North American partner with a history of working with over 80,000 businesses on value creation.

It is this dual track record that means we can deliver a data-driven approach to business growth and value building, rather than the more common opinion-based approach.
